MyVestaCP : how to Install ionCube Loader on Debian

After installing MyVestaCP on my VPS, I found that ionCube loaded in not installed. I have MyVestaCP on Debian 10. How to install and enable ionCube Loader on Debian 10?

By default, MyVesta Control Panel has OpCache and apcu enabled, but ionCube Loader is not there. Maybe, not every website needs ionCube Loader. If you want to install and enable ionCube Loader on the Debian system, please follow the steps mentioned on this page.
