After uploading pictures for a blog, click on the picture that you want to enlarge on clicking. It will show the "block" for the image on the right side, as below. On the block, set "Resolution" to "Large" and turn ON "Expand on click". Once you've made these changes, save or update your post. Now, whenever someone clicks on the picture, it will pop up as an enlarged version.
